Assignment: DigiTeen Introduction
After reading some introductions from other students in the project:
1. Look at the rubric so that you will know how the introduction will be graded (advanced is worth the most points, beginning is worth the least points).
2. Write 5 - 10 (or more) sentences to introduce yourself.
3. Pay particular attention to correct spelling, capitalization and punctuation - this is SCHOOL WRITING, not TEXT writing.
Digital Footprint / Digital Citizenship A digital footprint is like a trail you leave every where you go on the Internet, and there is no way to not leave one. A digital footprint is just little marks your computer leaves. Its a lot like a fingerprint, no two signatures are ever the same. Digital citizenship is like if you have a Face-Book account. If you use the Internet your a digital citizen. If you have a You-Tube account your a digital citizen. A digital citizen is basically anyone who gets on the Internet at all. A good example of a good digital citizen is someone who might get on face-book once in awhile, but mostly uses the Internet for homework, or to maybe e-mail a relative on their birth-day. They might even use the Internet to e-mail friends to get homework assignments. An example of a bad digital citizen is someone who might give out their friends personal information to people that they don't know.
